Shapeful

My beloved showed up late last Tuesday, we cleaned, we packed and ate some chineese food before snuggles and an early night 

During wendsday we did pick up packages, shopped food for kiddo and took chessnuss to the vet to get his shot for his cancer, then we packed us and the dogs into the car to start the long trip up north 

We drove 9 hours before we decided to stop for the night at a hotel in Sundsvall, that hot shower, crispy sallad and cozy bed was all i needed after the long drive

Thursday came and we drove the last couple of hours home north were our first stop was at my best friend to snuggle my gem, my godson Elvis 

Next stop was to drive to mom for a big hug and drop of the dress i needed help ironing and straight after we checked us in at the hotel by the ocean were we kept our hotel tradition, a steak and a glass of red in bed 🥰

Friday i woke up at 5:55 and i was sooo ready for some wonderful hotelbreakfast before more rest, bc with my luck i woke up sick, after that massive breakfast we went back to bed and i read my new book until i drifted

My oldest sister with youngest kid wanted to meet us up for lunch and it was one of the cozies lunches I've had in a long time.

I got the chance to spoil Emil with gifts and later we took a walk arount the hotel with the pugs, he was over the moon happy, because he LOVE the breed so so much and the joy in his face made my day

At 6pm we had a dinnerdate with my mom and extra dad at pinchos, good talks, drinks and food - We ended the night with coffee at "home" were i also got to hug my brother with fiance

Woke up Saturday, feeling like i had been hit by a train, I had fever, sinus headache and a latent cold, so we slept in late before we got ready to drive to church were my godson was having his christening 

As a godmother i stood up there with his parents who are my closest friends, with Elvis and his godfather 

I did light the candle, did sing the psalms and feelt so proud in many ways!

We ended the night at my best friends house eating popcorn, talking and laughing the night away, just how it shout be ❤️

Sunday came and my cold have made its entrance full blown but this would also be the last day in the north, so ofc we ended it at dinner with mom, extra dad, my other sister with family 🥰

We left north in a snowstorm from hell so we had to stay the night in uppsala and continued the last 5h home in daylight

It is 02:22 and i can't sleep, James is leaving for the states in 2 hours and i will once again be alone, and again, i am sick 

But I'm glad that i had a big cleaning day, we're I could scrub away my frustration and do my monthly shopping 

In 4 weeks he is back, i hold on to that ❤️
